Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

How long is delivery?

Delivery happen within 2-3 days from the payment date. We will ship the parcel by ePacket or by China Post Air Mail so you should receive the products within 2-5 weeks.

Where can I find my tracking number?

If an order contains a tracking number we will send you this via e-mail along the shipped status update. Sometimes we cannot provide tracking information because some couriers are not offering such service.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to any P.O. Box regardless of the situation. Putting a P.O. Box will result in delays and additional fees.

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We ship to nearly every country in the world!

How secure is your site?

Shoppidu.com has its own SSL certificate and processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

Can I cancel an order?

Only when the order is not shipped yet. We proceed to handle shipping within 24hrs, If you send us an email before that we can try to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee this.

How do I know if you received my order?

After you place an order and finish the payment process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that your order is being processed. This e-mail is send to the provided e-mail address so please check if the address is correct or your spam folder, if any.

How do I get a refund?

If there is damage to a product or you received a different item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods and ask for a refund. Please be so kind to take a photo and add the order number for an easy tracking and fast refund.
BTW, If the product is damaged on the way back to us we might not be able to refund.

When I am eligible for a refund?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:

The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
The item you received was not as described.
The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
