Shipping, Returns & Warranty

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands except APO/FPO. Items are shipped from China using Air Courier. All shipments can be traced thanks to the tracking number that we will send to the buyer as soon as the goods are shipped. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from warehouse in China will be shipped to USA, UK, Russia, France, Israel, Canada, Ukraine, Australia, Norway, Germany, Mexico, Poland, Portugal customers by ePacket and to the rest of the world by our preferred, trusted air courier. We will always provide the tracking number. Packages shipped from US warehouse are shipped through USPS. All products are shipped for FREE, Always.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world except APO/FPO. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

IMPORTANT: China Post Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, HongKong Post Air Mail, HongKong Post Air Parcel may not be tracked and may result in delays or lost parcels, therefore, we do not ship using those couriers but reliable and trusted air couriers only.

Shipments to Iraq, Guatemala and Taiwan are only carried out by Express Air Courier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) and extra costs will be added. Please contact us before submitting an order if you are resident in those countries or your orders can not be processed.

Return & Refund

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore,  you can request a refund for faulty products.

(1). You have 7 days to contact us from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.

(2). All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your Purchase Order Number.

(3). We will refund YOUR FULL PAID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included OR, you may choose to have a replacement.

(4). If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

(5). If the product is not as described, please contact us to resolve the problem. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with us.

(6). If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (55 business days not including the 2-5 day of processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

(7). We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.

We do not issue the refund if:
• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
• Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

About Guarantee

(1). 12 months Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
(2). Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY. You agree to all of the above-listed policies upon ordering on our website.
